How to Download Songs from Google Music via Music Downloader

Google Music is a music streaming service cloud that Google plans to make it virtually indispensable for each of us. Despite being in Beta it was only available to users in the United States and  many are those who use it daily and appreciate the functionality . Users who have created an account can upload their music collections to Google’s servers and access them from other music devices.

This is undoubtedly a strength of the Google service that supports Windows, Mac OS X, Linux and Android. The bad thing though is that there is no possibility of “download” the songs uploaded to Google Music and for this we must rely on an external component formidable: Google Music Downloader.

Google Music Downloader is a Firefox addon that adds a link to the context menu of the mouse when we are on Google Music and allow us to download the mp3s and save them on your PC. To perform a download, you just start playing a song and you will see a popup in the lower right corner of your screen:

Alternatively you can click the right mouse button on a song and download it to your hard drive.

I recommend you try it, can really come in handy!
